Breakwater is a firm believer that individuals' futures should not be put in jeopardy simply because they have a cannabis conviction. For that reason, we are sponsoring free expungements in partnership with The Hoffman Centers (THC). This is a legal resource designed to help individuals with past cannabis convictions obtain an expungement through the State of New Jersey at no cost to them.
